Subject: Finningley bus service

Good morning Christine.

Following last weeks meeting I investigated a number of complaints regarding service 91. The people who spoke to me did not leave their name and address so I can only respond through you as follows:

OCTOBER

4th 0635 failed due to defective bus and unable to operate

0700 25 minutes late due to previous bus

missing causing significant increase in passenger loadings

8th 1310  - Operated on time, arriving at DI

at 13.06

12th 1310 - Was running 18 minutes late due

to heavy traffic along the route (Bawtry Road)

19th 1310  - Late running, driver due relief and

therefore unable to operate

26th 1340  Operating 7 minutes late

due to traffic on Bawtry Road (also barrier at Airport not operating, causing delays)

27th 1440  Late running due to being held up in

Town, lost mileage 14.40 to 15.26

22nd 0708 Driver failed to report for duty

NOVEMBER

2nd 1023  Operated from Finingley village on time

at 10.23

1410  Operated from DI on time

9th 1240  Operated, arriving at DI at 12.43

16th 1620 Operated 10 minutes late from DI due to

traffic on Bawtry Road

16th 1720  No Electrics, bus would not start

0622 General unreliability

31st August and 1st October 1330-1500 from Frenchgate failed to arrive and there was no communication available to Frenchgate as phones just rang out. - I have fed this back to Operations as the Inspectors should be updating the Interchange Staff when journeys fail to operate

I dont know if you will be able to pass these on to the relevant person but at least if anyone approaches you the details are to hand.

Regards

Pm
