Another busy month for us in the garden.

Lawns still need mowing weekly. Have you tried Aftercut? It has the advantage of only requiring watering in after extreme sunshine.

Check drainage holes in outside tubs.

Disbud side shoots of chrysanths. & dahlias to secure large blooms.

Feed hanging baskets & window boxes weekly, try to check daily for moisture content, wind damage & regularly remove faded blooms.

To increase stocks of hardy fuchsias--- take cuttings now, they will soon root & make good all-year-round patio plants.

It is not to late to sow a few half-hardy seeds to follow on your early flowering bedding plants.

Tomatoes are setting easily, take out side shoots & give high potash feeds weekly.
